I was having problems with my keihin carb where fuel would steadily pour out of the bottom carb bowl, and I think my issue was the needle jet not seating correctly In the seat? But I went out this morning to turn the fuel on and it didn't leak anymore, let idle/warmup and rode around the neighborhood to make sure it worked.
